Our Full River Ocoee Rafting Trip is the most complete Ocoee River whitewater experience you can have — a true Tennessee rafting classic featuring 10 miles of non-stop Class III & IV rapids and some of the most beautiful mountain scenery in the Southeast.
Your adventure begins in the remote Ocoee Gorge below Dam No. 3, where crystal-clear water charges through steep, narrow canyons surrounded by the scenic Cherokee National Forest. You’ll launch into a wild stretch of river that will challenge and thrill you from the very first rapid.
About halfway down, the river tightens and you’ll enter the world-famous Olympic Whitewater Competition Course, originally built for the 1996 Summer Olympic Games. This section of the Upper Ocoee is packed with heart-racing drops, powerful waves, and big water excitement that keeps your adrenaline pumping all day long.
Riverside Picnic Lunch Included
Midway through your journey, we’ll pull over for a relaxing riverside picnic lunch — the perfect break before tackling the Middle Ocoee. Enjoy fresh sandwiches, chips, cookies, fruit, sweet tea, and lemonade while taking in the natural beauty of the gorge and reliving your best moments from the morning run.
